What is Athletic Pilates?
My approach to Pilates remains true to athletic functional fitness, with the addition of weights and props to complement traditional Pilates equipment.
Whether you’re an athlete recovering from injury, looking to strengthen pre- and postpartum, increasing mobility, or adding to your growing practice, cross-training is one of the best ways to expand your workout routine. All levels are welcome.

Pilates doesn’t have to be all reformer all the time. It doesn’t have to be crushingly difficult and confusing. It just has to be catered to your needs, fitness level, and personal goals- and I’m here to make that happen.

What could be better than personalized sessions catered to you? Here we work together in the studio - just you, me and the tools to get some results.

An equipment session for 2. You’ll work in tandem on to build upon a specialized skill, build strength or just bring a friend and have “fun”

Remote
Through the beauty of technology, you can take me anywhere and never miss a session. Have your own apparatus? I can assist there as well, and build on an already solid foundation. These sessions are live and one-on-one.
